Shipping policy

Orders over £30 are sent free of charge to all UK addresses (including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland)

Packages under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail Parcel 24 service, which takes 1-2 days.

Packages over 2kg are sent by APC Courier which typically takes 1-2 days.

Orders over 100kg are sent on Palletways Pallet service which typically takes 1-2 days.

For orders up to 100kg we can also send with APC Next Day, for which there is a £4.99 surcharge.

If it's in stock and ordered before 1PM on a weekday we will dispatch the same day. Anything ordered after 1PM or on the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Occasionally some items will be out of stock so dispatch may take a couple of days - we'll always let you know if this is the case.
